Presentation is about 3 hours in length, including: Introduction, Hypnosis, Questions and Answers.

An anxiety/panic attack affects your mind, your body, and your behavior. During an attack, you become worried and anxious about something you believe will be dangerous or threatening in the future. Then your mind and body become focused on this fear. You may have physical sensations such as tension, shakiness, stomach distress, racing thoughts or sweating. Focusing on these concerns, you may prepare yourself either by avoiding certain places and activities, by constantly checking to make sure you are safe, or by procrastinating because your excess worry is blocking concentration and ability to focus on anything but on how you are feeling.

Workshop # 3 > We deal with any residual issues regarding anxiety (panic attacks have been eliminated) We review previous material, it's utilization, any additional tools required, such as if you have gastric dis-orders, migraine, chronic pain, substance abuse, toxic relationship issues. Following is the hypnosis session embedding seeds of post-hypnotic suggestions that will support your dreams and desires for years to come.

Worrier to Warrior presentation, 90 minutes in length are offered seminar engagements available for Colleges, Universities, Clinics, Institutions, Hospitals, Private Practices, High schools or any interested group seeking to conquer life sapping, potential robbing, spirit squelching anxieties.

Workshops is a flat rate of $570.00 for all three sessions.  Attending the seminar you will receive an automatic discount, Seminar fee will be bundled into cost.

Workshop # 1 > You will learn and understand how the language you use and thoughts you focus upon is provoking your fight/flight/freeze response, an ancient survival mechanism 200,000 years hard wired within the human brain. Following will be a hypnosis session that will begin the corrective process at the subconscious level of mind activity. After the first workshop, a majority of people will never have a full blown panic attack again, you may get to the edge, but not go over. No matter how long you have been dealing with A&P. You will leave with a tool bag of techniques that will within three minutes shut down anxiety or panic.

Workshop # 2 > You now have a full week of recognizing your thought activity and it's content. You are becoming familiar on how you may be inadvertantly empowering or disempowering yourself, and are now making conscious decisions of how you choose to perceive situations and circumstances encountered in your life. You have successfully eliminated a full blown anxiety/panic attack. We shall review, question/answer and move into a deeper understanding of just how much control you have in and of your life and experiences and choice of response. At this point, you will never view yourself as a 'victim' ever again.  Following, hypnosis that now corrects the 'kink' of A&P. You will now have a choice of feeling anxious in any given situation or circumstance, whether alone or with others in your life.
