Hypnotherapy Session Pricing

Most clients experience desired changes in 3 - 7 sessions.

An Orientation is required where we explore if this is the right modality for you, good fit of counselor/hypnotherapist and is Free.

To only name a few benefits!

Hypnosis works with the essence of your nature, which is truly powerful.
You are self-actualizing.

The most important benefit of hypnosis is it eliminates substantially the discomforts both physically and psychologically attached to changing behaviors and addictions, such as withdrawal symptoms and anxiety that sometimes accompanies change. This allows you to relegate a negative behavior to the past, "something you used to do that you simply do not do anymore." Like out-growing a pair of shoes, seamlessly you now move forward and onward with your life, dreams and aspirations. "You Are An Unending Horizon."

My practice is not unlike a mentoring program. You are encouraged to contact me between 9a-9p if you are having issues, have questions, need guidance or need a reminder of our work together. Every client has unique needs, and each session is tailored to your specific requirements in obtaining the relief, balance, contentment and fulfillment of your innate potentials.

  • Comparably to other services which are 50-60 minutes.

For the best results, remember, hypnosis does not make you do anything. It simply helps you relax that compulsive feeling and reminds you of what you consciously want to do. Hypnosis is Natural.

When you are relaxed, your mind communicates differently. When hypnosis is applied it can change a habit into a choice. Hypnosis works in direct proportion to your level of motivation. You cannot be hypnotized to do something you don't want to do! It must be a personal choice and personally desired. Hypnosis works on your level of motivation, no one else's.

Suggestion And Motivation

People unfamiliar with hypnosis often ask "Can I be Hypnotized?" Here are some simple facts; There are 4 groups of people who are not good candidates for hypnosis:

  1. Have a low IQ, under 70.
  2. Does not feel safe or comfortable with the hypnotherapist.
  3. Persons diagnosed with psychosis.
  4. Believe they are giving up control to the hypnotherapist.

The Best candidate is often above average in intelligence.

About Hypnosis ~ Hypnotherapy Session Pricing ~ What Are Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Key of Behavior

The key of modifying most behavior naturally exists in the subconscious. It takes cues from what we consciously concentrate and focus on repeatedly.

Control of Anxiety & Panic Attacks:

Many people discover that after a glass of wine or beer they feel calmer and begin using alcohol as a means to control feelings.  You are prescribed a prescription for pain and discover you feel better, calmer. You find that when you eat, that the full feeling relieves an inner stress. This now creates secondary issues.

> Note to Family, Friends & Loved one’s:  <
This is a survival instinct reaction, your loved one is not exaggerating their fear.
They are truly incapable of coping with certain situations.

Correction & Treatment:

To restore previous 'wiring' or creating the most effective methodology is a two pronged approach, Cognitive behavioral training and Hypnotherapy.

Cognitive training involves learning how your brain and mind functions, knowing you are Safe, in Control and practicing shifting your Thoughts into the Present.  This is achieved through controlled breathing techniques, relaxation of key muscles,  specifically the jaw, shoulders and stomach sipping room temperature water, to leach the adrenaline out of your system, using a Mint product, such as tea or breath mint, which calms stomach disturbances and nervous system  and giving yourself messages that all is well.  It is foremost your incorrect Thinking that recreates the anxiety or panic.

Causes of Anxiety & Panic Attacks:

A:  Anxiety disorders tend to run in families.  They are expressed in a variety of ways, some may have a panic disorder or some call it a nervous disorder. Many people self medicate through alcohol, street or prescription drugs, body dysmorphia, anorexia/bulimia, weight issues/emotional eating.  Other family members may have phobia's, such as a paralyzing aversion to heights, enclosed places, crowds, animals.

Cycles of Anxiety & Panic disorder:

A:  Most everyone will in the least have an anxiety or panic attack in their life time.  Often it is situational, such as public speaking, or dealing with the loss of a loved one through either death, desertion, divorce.

Racing thoughts, racing heart, sweating of hands, feet, overly sensitive to sound, dry mouth, upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, feeling like you are having a heart attack, feeling as though you are dying, feeling like you are going to pass out, feeling as though you are going to lose control and act inappropriate...embarrassing yourself, migraine headaches, chronic pain even thought there is no injury, feeling like you want to run away, feeling like you need to hide.

Roots of Anxiety & Panic Attacks:

A: General anxiety is often created and fostered in childhood.  Being told by a parent or authority figure (someone we look up to, admire, love, respect) that you are not good enough... either through word or by not validating/supporting your efforts, an absent parent) We have a deep sense of being inadequate.  You fear the future, as something out of your control.

B: There are two main expressions of a panic attack;

  1. Situational; Being put on the spot, such as having to speak in public.
  2. A Trauma occurred 2 - 2 1/2 years ago, and out of the blue you experience a panic attack during the most mundane, routine task, such as being at the grocery store shopping.

If you checked three or more ask yourself:

Anxiety/Panic Checklist

An anxiety/panic attack affects your mind, your body, and your behavior. During an attack, you become worried and anxious about something you believe will be dangerous or threatening in the future. Then your mind and body become focused on this fear. You may have physical sensations such as tension, shakiness, stomach distress, racing thoughts or sweating. Focusing on these concerns, you may prepare yourself either by avoiding certain places and activities, by constantly checking to make sure you are safe, or by procrastinating because your excess worry is blocking concentration and ability to focus on anything but on how you are feeling.

Here is a checklist of anxiety symptoms:

3) Do I worry and feel tense most of the time?

4) Do I want to continue medications that only manage symptoms, or be done with this once and for all time?

1) Is fear of an anxiety attack limiting my involvement in life?

2) Am I avoiding everyday situations?
